Ultrasonic vibration screen is a kind of high efficient sieving equipment which often is used for finer than 200 mesh or difficult sieving material. It increase ultrasonic system on ordinary vibration screen and solve the clogging issue by ultrasonic generatory caused the second the vibration.
The ultrasonic system convert 220v, 50HZ or 110v, 60HZ electric energy into 38KHZ high-frequency electric energy, and input the ultrasonic transducer, then turn it into 38KHZ mechanical vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient screening and net cleaning. The system introduces a low-amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen on the basis of the traditional vibrating screen, and superimposes a high-frequency low-amplitude ultrasonic vibrator on the screen, and the ultra-fine powder receives huge ultrasonic acceleration , so that the material on the screen surface is always in a suspended state, thereby inhibiting adhesion, friction, leveling, and other blocking factors.
Components and type
Ultrasonic system is composed of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic connector, ultrasonic sieve mesh. It can be inset ultrasonic, also can be outset ultrasonic. Compared with two kinds of ultrasonic connection, outset ultrasonic is more convenient for repair and operation, but the cost is higher than inset ultrasonic system.
